Meet the Family:
Mom: I'm Angela, I'm a Mom, a Wife, and a Nurse. In that order. My family comes first above all else. I love reading, crafting, photography, and video games! I have strong opinions and stronger values and together with my husband I am committed to raising my family to have the morals I feel are important, not the ones society tells us are or are not. I work full time as a nurse at a local hospital and I love it. It's a hard job but it's worth it! I am so lucky to work with some of the most amazing people. I am always trying new DIYs, crafts, or as my husband calls it, projects! Some of them work out and some of them don't but I have fun trying them!Dad: My husband is Brad and he is a dedicated daddy and a loving husband! He believes in hard work and dedication and works as a laborer. He is 5 years older than me and sometimes you can really see the differences in the times we grew up! He is wary of social media and thinks a phone call is always better than a tweet or a tag! We have been together for 10 years now and married for 2! I am so lucky to have found him because he shares my values! He is so supportive of all my 'projects' even when they don't work out. He has a few projects of his own! He is great with wood working and is always building something!
Baby: Amelia is our brand new baby girl! She is the absolute light of our lives. She changed our lives for the better in one beautiful second! She is our first baby and we are still trying to figure things out, but I'm told that never changes! She is not even a year old but her personality shines! She is a sassy thing and she wants what she wants. Her smiles can light up the room and remind us even on the worst days why it's all worth it!
Puppy: Teek is our 3 year old Yorkshire Terrier. He is a little spitfire! We got him Christmas time the year before we got married as a puppy and he rules the house! His bark is worse than his bite, but he guards the house and 'his people' fiercely, but is gentle and patient with his baby sister! He occasionally has some tummy trouble but we are told that that is because of his breed!
The four of us live in a little apartment attached to my parent's house. It's a great place to start and it has given us opportunities to pay off student loans and save up, but we are quickly outgrowing it and ready for a place of our own! We are looking for somewhere with some room to grow that is a little closer to Brad's siblings!
