I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania with my parents, two sisters, a dog and a cat. I was born and raised Catholic and went to a Catholic school all my life, right up until I went to Duquesne University for my Bachelors in Nursing. I met my husband my senior year of high school and we've been together 10 years now! Growing up it was always my dream to be a wife and a mother. Now that I'm living my dream, it's everything I've ever wanted.... and more! That's more on both the blissful, and the difficult sides!
I had a blog before about books, which is something I love, but life happened and I wasn't invested enough in posting reviews and things so it fell to the wayside. I have always loved the idea of having a blog and was sad to see it go, but it just wasn't the right time for me. I started this blog so that I can put down my thoughts, feelings, and memories along the way, but there is another reason. I love the city I live in, but it is getting smaller not larger. The people are moving away, the mall is closing and while I have some really good friends here, there is just not a large group of people to relate to and share with. I am hoping to find some people who are going through what I am. Someone who is experiencing the ups and downs of motherhood, and being a wife to share our experiences and bounce ideas off of! So don't be a stranger! Comments are always welcome!
